Privacy Notice

Applies to the Sekolah Alam Kahfis Aceh website. Prepared with reference to Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

1. Data we collect

Admissions form: parent/guardian name, WhatsApp number, prospective student name, preferred level and learning system, visit request, and an optional message. We record the time of your consent.

Contact form: name, WhatsApp number/email, and message.

Technical: IP addresses are used temporarily to limit form abuse and login attempts. We use no advertising trackers.

Activity photos: photos in the gallery/news may show children and are published only with parental/guardian consent. Location (GPS) data inside photo files is removed on upload.

2. Purpose

Admissions and contact data are used only to answer questions, contact you, schedule visits, and process applications. Data is not sold or used for third-party advertising.

3. Legal basis and children’s data

The basis is your consent when submitting a form. Because a prospective student’s data is a child’s data, the form must be completed by an authorised parent/guardian, whose consent we request.

4. Who has access

Only school administrators/admissions staff who log in to the dashboard. If notifications are enabled, summaries may be sent to staff email or WhatsApp through service providers (email/SMTP and, if enabled, Fonnte).

5. Retention

Data is kept on the website server for as long as needed for admissions and school administration. Administrators can delete applicant and message records from the dashboard.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by contacting us: kahfis.aceh@gmail.com · WhatsApp 0812-6204-2567. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) where available, password-protected dashboard access with limited sessions, and login attempt limits. No system is risk-free; please contact us if you suspect misuse of data.
